Q & A: Lip Waxing

Q. Will waxing my upper lip make the hair come back thicker and darker?

A. No.  The first time your upper lip is waxed, the hair will grow  back the same as it was.  It may seem darker because you quickly got used to the skin being smooth and hair free.  Keep on waxing. Hairs become damaged from repeatedly being pulled out.  Hair growth becomes lighter and some hairs won't come back at all!  This is true for any area that is waxed.  Most people have their upper lip waxed every 2-4 weeks depending on how fast their hair grows. Be patient, Eventually the hair will lighten up.

Have a Beautiful Day!
