Foods that contain high pesticide residue

It's the new year and many of us have started those resolution diets.  We are supposed to be eating lots of healthy fruits and veggies, 5 or more servings per day, to get our vitamins and anti oxidants.  The problem is, all those healthy fruits and veggies are covered in pesticide. 

Organic produce is the better choice, but it can get expensive. Some foods tend to be "dirtier" than others therefore, it is better to buy the foods on the list organic. The following fruits and veggies are list as "dirty" because they have a high level of pesticide on them:

Apples,  Bell Peppers,  Carrots,  Celery,  Cherry Tomatoes,  Collard Greens, Cucumbers, Grapes, Hot Peppers, Kale, Nectarines,  Peaches,  Pears,  Potatoes,  Snap Peas, Spinach,  Strawberries
