2014 Winter Solstice

Winter official begins on December 21. It's the night that has the longest amount of darkness.Take advantage of the darkness with a good night's sleep. 

As we sleep, our bodies repair cell damage which keeps us healthy and younger looking! Most people need 7-8 hours of sleep per night, but don't get that much. The longest night is the perfect time to start getting your 8 hours.
