Beauty Food: Berries

The super fruits, the berries, are ripe and ready! Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
are loaded with antioxidants, Vitamin C and phyto chemicals to fight free radicals that cause cancer, help build collagen, provide some sun protection and improve the look of your skin. Eat a serving, 1 cup, in the morning and a serving, 1 cup, later in the day to keep the antioxidants flowing.
