Lose Weight. Eat Breakfast!

Many of us need to shed a few pounds after all those summer barbeques and cocktails. Here is some good news: eating a
high carb breakfast that included a little something sweet helped dieters lose more weight. It also helped them feel less hungry and helped control cravings according to a recent study. A hormone called ghrelin, which signals hungers, dropped more for those in the study who ate the sweet high carb breakfast. A little chocolate for breakfast sounds good to me!
