Anti Allergy Nighttime Beauty Routine

The grass is growing, the trees have popped and flowers are blooming.  It is officially allergy time! 

Allergies cause red itchy eyes and red itchy stuffy noses that take away from your beauty.
Help ease your seasonal allergy symptoms with an anti allergy night time routine.

 Remove pollen from Yourself
Remove pollen from your skin and hair by showering at night. Include a hair washing to rinse away any pollen clinging to your hair. 

Remove Pollen from your Clothes
Put your clothes in the laundry. Don't rewear them until all pollen has been washed off of them.

Remove Pollen from your Nose
 Use a saline nasal spray to help rinse pollen from your nose.

 Raise your Head
 Sleep with your head elevated to reduce eye puffiness and nasal congestion.

 Clean your Sheets
 Wash your sheets often in hot water with fragrance free detergent. Hot water will kill off that notorious allergen dust mites.

 Keep Indoor Air Clean
 Keep your windows closed to keep pollen out. Use your air condition. Use an air purify to help remove any pollen and allergen that sneak in your house.

 You will feel better and look more beautiful in the morning!
