Use Cinnamon to curb Sugar Cravings

We know that too much sugar is just not good for us but, those cravings! Use a little cinnamon to help curb that craving for sugar and carbs. Add a 1/2  teaspoon of cinnamon to an apple or sprinkle it on your oatmeal in the morning. Cinnamon helps to stabilize your blood sugar helping to control the sugar craving. It's easy and yummy!
