Recipe: Sunny Smoothie

Sunny Smoothie
This smoothie is yummy and loaded with vitamin C. The powerful antioxidant Vitamin C supports the immune system, is necessary for collagen production and strengthen the blood vessels. Get a nice 79 mg. dose of it with this citrus smoothie.

    1 Grapefruit 

    1 Orange 
    1 Frozen Banana

Puree grapefruit sections, orange sections and frozen banana 


in a blender until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
