Pumpkin Facial Masks

Pumpkin is full of the antioxidants betacarotene, vitamins C & E and the minerals copper, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.  Not only is it good for you to eat, it is also good for your skin!  It sloughs dead cells and renews the skin. It is easy to whip up a home made pumpkin mask right in your own kitchen. Here is a recipe:

Pumpkin Facial Mask Recipe

2 Tablespoons Organic Canned Pumpkin

1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Milk

Mix ingredients together and apply to your face.  Lie back and relax for 15-20 minutes.  Rinse well and apply moisturizer.
