Fat Flush Fruit Water

Water flavored with fruit is fabulous in the summer. It is cool and refreshing and has vitamins too. I saw this recipe for Fat Flush Water. Does it flush fat? I don't know, but it sounds good! Drink at least three 8 oz. glasses per day. It becomes more flavorful the longer it sits. They say, try it for 10 days.

Fat Flush Water

24 oz water
3 slices of grapefruit
3 tangerines
1 1/2 cucumbers
6 peppermint leaves

Wash grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and peppermint leaves well. Slice cucumber and grapefruit. You can also slice the tangerines or peel and section them. Gently crumple the peppermint leaves. Combine water, fruits and mint into a large pitcher and add ice. Makes 3 servings.
