Anti Allergy Nighttime Beauty Routine

The grass is growing, the trees have popped and flowers are blooming.  It is officially allergy time! 

Help ease your seasonal allergy symptoms with an anti allergy night time routine.

Remove pollen by

showering at night. Include a hair washing to rinse away any pollen clinging to your hair. Put your clothes in the laundry. Don't rewear them until all pollen has been washed off of them.

Use a saline nasal spray to help rinse pollen from your nose.

Sleep with your head elevated to reduce eye puffiness and nasal congestion.

Wash your sheets often in hot water with fragrance free detergent. 

Keep your bedroom windows closed. 

You will feel better and look more beautiful in the morning!
