Yon Ka Eau Micellaire

yonka micellaire
My favorite spa skin care line, Yon Ka, has a waterless cleanser.

Yonka is a beautiful botanical French skin care line known for it's signature blend of essential oils. Many exclusive salons and spas use Yonka for their facial treatments.

What is Eau Micellaire Micellar Water

It is an instant cleanser and eye makeup remover called Eau Micellaire (Micellar Water) that does not required rinsing. Super convenient, right?

You can keep it by your bed and actually cleanse you face from your bed. No more excuses for going to bed without washing your face!!!

It also tones, contains a nice dose of anti-oxidants and is good for all skin types.

It is a really great product to use when your are traveling or are going on a weekend get away because you get a cleanser and toner in one. That's on less thing to pack.

It looks like water and has a nice light scent that is distinctively Yon Ka.

It contains micelles which are described as micro-bubbles, small cleansing particles that gently capture oil, dirt and makeup on the skin that are wiped away with cotton. These are non abrasive particles. You can't feel them.

Yonka Eau Micellaire Micellar Cleansing Water Ingredients:
Aqua/Water/Eau, Polyoxamer 184, Polysorbate 20, Glycerin, Propandiol, Sodium PCA, Biosaccharide Gum-2, Limonium Narbonense Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Lavendula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Leaf Oil, Rosemarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Supressus Sempirvirens (Cypress) Oil, Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Flower/Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomille) Flower Oil, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Oil, Chlorahexidine Digluconate, Phenoxyethanol, Methyl Propandiol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Parfum/Fragrance, Sodium Hydroxide, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol.

Sounds good, but does it work?

I had to try it, of course!

I applied the Eau Michellaire to a round cotton pads to cleanse my face at the end of the day.

The directions say to apply the product again until the cotton is clean. I used 4 cotton pads.

It removed my makeup very well (even

my stubborn Too Faced Better than False Lashes Mascara!) and left my skin feeling fresh and clean.

There was a nice cool sensation. I then gave my skin a quick spray of Yon Ka Lotion and applied moisturizer.

Some eye makeup removers make my eyelids puffy. This did not. It's good, I highly recommend it.

Use it twice a day morning and evening.

Sensitive skin types can rinse after using to avoid any possible chance of irritation.

It comes in a 200 ml./6.76 fl.oz. size ($42) and a handy 75ml./2.53 fl.oz. size ($24) for travel.

It's so easy get your face nice and clean!
