I am not a chef by any means. I am just vegetarian mom who likes to eat delicious healthy foods that don't take too long to make and keep my family healthy and happy. I cater to variety dietary needs, a gluten free vegetarian daughter, friends and family with food allergies, a vegan sister and a carnivorous husband!

You won't see meat recipes here though. Meat is definitely not my favorite thing to cook. But you will see easy vegetarian, vegan and gluten free recipes that are made with easy to find ingredients that everyone likes to eat. You will also find recipes to create skin care products such as my Ginger Sugar Scrub that feels warm and wonderful on your skin!

Eating healthy foods not only makes us healthier and stronger, the vitamins and antioxidants in fruits and veggies make our skin, hair and nails more beautiful and younger looking.
